What you’ll do

• Responsible to Lead and Develop the EUC (End User Computing) Champions team within Securities Services Business.

• Develop and implement a best in practice Testing and Governance model to ensure EUCs are properly registered, categorised and prioritised for strategic solution remediation.

• Highly focussed on loss prevention by ensuring EUCs designed and built can demonstrate excellent design and execution.

• Reporting directly to Operations Control Head of Funds Services and Execution Services Business.

• Lead on other major Risk and Control initiatives as they relate to the Securities Services Business, including but not limited to increasing Controls Automation, Processing Risk Reduction and Operational Maker/Checker enhancements.

• Key collaborator on EUC Governance with other senior operational, Product, technology and in-business risk peers to drive a culture of risk awareness and best practice with regards to EUCs

What we’ll need from you

• Experience in Operational Risk is desirable.
• Experience of leading a team across multiple locations
• Bachelor/University Degree preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and driving strategic initiatives that result on risk mitigation and/or strategic system enhancement
• Good Understanding of Citi’s Securities Services Business preferred
• Be able to challenge but also support senior stakeholders as and when necessary to drive good risk outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills as part of the role may require presenting to senior management in business risk forums.
