KeyResponsibilities:
- Understanding of SLA and manage team to drive 100% SLA fulfilment
- Managing service escalation and meeting with customer at site for the resolution of the same
- Leading for new sales lead generation and detail technical site study along with BOM preparation followed by technical presentation at site to convince customer on Lead
- Drive BTI opportunities and cyber opportunities
- Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues/enquiries
KeyExperience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical/Engineering field
- 3 years’ experience in Honeywell Product Platform
- Experience with DCS, PLC, Networking, Third party communication, Modbus, Serial interface etc.
- Knowledge in process automation, experience in process like petrochemical, Oil and Gas is preferable
- Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, C-300, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN/UNC
