What you need to know about the role?
As part of the Developer Productivity Engineering (DPE) organization, you will contribute to building and maintaining solutions that enable automated build, test, and release workflows for thousands of developers at PayPal. This ecosystem includes a range of applications, leveraging both legacy tools like Jenkins and modern technologies such as Harness CI and Argo CD. In this role, you'll work across front-end, back-end, and cloud technologies to tackle challenges associated with operating large-scale CI/CD systems.

Your day to day

• Develops efficient, elegant, clean, reusable code with no unnecessary complication or abstraction.

• Deliver quality solutions on schedule.

• Works with business partners to understand the requirements and develop elegant reusablesolutions/code.

• Create / Review well-articulated,detailed low-level designdocuments.

• Presents issues and solutions to audiences of varying sizes. Provides recognized technical and business leadershipand can providedeep technical support across a range of functionality.

• Manages workload and other assignments efficiently while being able to resolve time-critical situations reliably andprofessionally.

• Participates in the development of tools, systems and processes aimed at improving product supportability or overall support productivity.

What do you need to bring

• 2+ years of experiencedeveloping largescale applications in Full stack, React JS, Golang, Node JS, JAVA, withgood hands-on exposureto SQL and NoSQLtechnologies, goodunderstandingof relational andfree formdatabases, includingstrong data architecture skills

• Exposure to CICD tools like Jenkins, Argo, Harness is a big plus
• Exposure to Cloud Technologies is a plus.

• Deep understanding of advanced object-oriented design and development principles
