As a Global Operational Supplier Specialist, you will manage third-party risk assessments, ensuring smooth supplier operations, compliance, and performance tracking. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, driving efficiency and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of the end-to-end third-party risk management process for selected suppliers.
 - Monitor assessment renewals and engage stakeholders proactively.
 - Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and suppliers.
 - Track assessment status, escalate issues, and ensure timely completion.
 - Prepare decision documents to address and mitigate supplier risks.
 - Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive improvements.
 - Ordering process for external third-party consultants in SAP Fieldglass.
 - Quality check of supplier statement of work (SoW) in alignment with business and Global policies.
 - Steer the supplier performance review through questionnaires and internal interviews.
 - Guide & advise Business Stakeholders and closely work with them.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supplier Management, Procurement, or related fields.
 - 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Procurement, or Risk Management.
 - Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
 - Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication (written and verbal).
 - Experience in cross-functional, international teams.
 - High level of integrity and ethical business approach.
 - Fluent in English (mandatory), German preferred; additional languages are a plus.
 - Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 - Experience with SAP Fieldglass and SAP's ERP system is a plus.
