Your Career
- Proposing and selling security platforms to large enterprises in the Kansai region is the main task.
- Based on approximately 30 large enterprises under his responsibility, he formulates a territory plan, prioritizing which accounts to target with which products and when, and creates a detailed plan.
- He then develops account plans for each company and generates specific business opportunities.
- He engages in both developing new customers and making proposals to existing customers.
- He collaborates with the marketing and inside sales departments to generate leads.
- He understands client issues and needs, and proposes solutions to address those challenges.
- Solutions are advanced in cooperation with the paired SE, sales and SE from the product department, and other specialized security teams.
- He also collaborates with partner companies to create win-win situations and advance business negotiations.
- The progress of negotiations is continuously updated in the CRM system.
- At the weekly forecast meetings, he manages the quarterly figures.
- Frequent study sessions and discussions are held within the team to share information and communicate updates.
Required (MUST)
- Over 3 years of experience in high-touch corporate sales
- Over 3 years of experience in selling IT solutions
- Ability to build relationships with customers' executive and managerial levels
- Strong presentation skills
- Planning skills for territory plans and account plans
- Ability to achieve quarterly targets
Preferred (WANT)
- Proficiency in English (advantageous for staying updated with the latest information)
- Experience with security products
- Experience with network products
- Experience with cloud products
