The Content Core Team Lead is responsible for:

• Owning and monitoring the content pipeline – from acquisition to onboarding to ongoing management
• Generating and leveraging data and insights to cater for global, multilingual, content diversity requirements
• Prioritizing with Business to source content in multiple languages and markets
• Managing horizontal and global projects, timelines, dependencies, risks, reporting etc
• Engaging with Product and Analytics teams to build and optimize tools, processes and dashboards to facilitate efficiencies and productivity
• Establish, monitor and execute operational KPIs

To qualify, you must be:

• Well-versed in operational procedures for building and establishing processes
• Experienced and able to deep dive into data to generate actionable and operational insights
• Technically savvy, able to optimize tools and data related platforms
• Experienced in project management to handle multiple projects and various global stakeholders
• Great interpersonal skills to establish relationships with multiple groups and domains within Taboola News
• Able to work independently, take the initiative and speak your mind
• Passionate about data and a data driven approach
