Your key responsibilities

Everything you’ll do will come back to providing exceptional audit activities for our clients. Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you’ll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues. As you build your knowledge and experience, you’ll become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries.

• Applying complex accounting and auditing concepts in performing audit procedures.
• Collecting and analyzing data to detect deficient controls or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
• Preparing detailed reports on audit findings.
• Executing engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addressing risk.
• Performing detailed review of financial statements and other schedules required by regulatory agencies.
• Providing leadership to employees and motivating teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Consistently delivering quality client services by monitoring progress.
• Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
• Maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.
• Cultivating business development opportunities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of related post-bachelor's progressively responsible work experience; OR a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus 4 years related work experience.
• Of the required experience, must have 4 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm.
• 2 years of experience working on multiple concurrent engagements and engagement teams of at least 4 professionals.
• A U.S. CPA certification is preferred.
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience may be considered.
