Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or related technical roles.
- 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with customer/account data infrastructure.
- Familiarity with customer/user support (e.g., driving down escalation volume, cost per user, improving first time resolution, TRT, AHT, CSAT) at scale.
- Ability to create a clear product strategy in an ambiguous and high-visibility area.
- Outstanding influence and executive communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners including Director level stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills to generate insights from support data to identify issues and prioritize solutions.
