Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working in a privacy related field (e.g., security engineering, data engineering, data scientist, compliance engineering etc.).
1 year of experience designing solutions for technological problems that maintain the privacy posture of the organization, leading teams across multiple workstreams.
1 year of experience leading the application of privacy technologies (e.g., differential privacy, automated access management solutions, etc.) to solve technical and data management problems, customizing existing solutions and frameworks to meet user needs.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting product launches or familiarity with product launch lifecycle.
Experience driving changes across multiple business units with engaging priorities.
Experience in development of Machine Learning models and applications.
Knowledge of common regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
