Key job responsibilities
- As a System Development Engineer in SMGS-AFX group, you will architect, design and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Sales and operations teams in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders within/external the Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) organization.
- You will provide solution for our CRM and native AWS tools/applications to automate, optimize, quote to cash transactional workflows, improving operational efficiency. You will simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve seller and customer experiences. you will technically lead a complex charter of building and delivering cloud services and CRM solutions. You will jointly define strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year business critical cloud technology solution which will be rolled out to Sellers.
- As a Systems Development Engineer, you will define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across various CRM, and AWS environments, bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency and performance of our mission critical tools, services.A day in the life

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and or related fields
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, 1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience, preferable in CRM platforms
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust - Experience with Linux/Unix
- Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Knowledge in AWS Platform
