Job Responsibilities

• Deliver creative Reporting & analytics solutions and design, with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches
• Possess a working knowledge of Cognos to maintain and enhance existing dashboards, ensuring continuity in data visualization.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand & elaborate Reporting & analytics requirements
• Technical troubleshooting with the ability to break down problems and ensure permanent closure
• Analyzing of Source Data, define data model, best suited for Reporting & analytics delivery
• Manage Jira backlog, dependency and end to end delivery responsibility including testing & entitlement, required to meet business demand
• Be a key participant in defining Product Strategy, Tool Selection, Resolving Technical Blockers, Agile ceremonies.
• Add to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience in Data Analysis, using tools & technologies like SQL, PLSQL, Alteryx etc.
• Proficient in coding in one or more languages
• Experience in advanced SQL & Data Warehousing; Demonstrated experience in development of dashboards, reports in BI tools such as Cognos
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Hands-on experience with other reporting tools like QlikSense, Tableau, AWS QuickSight, ThoughtSpot
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Exposure to cloud technologies
