Serve as technical expert for ADAS features utilizing Mobileye's vision technology.
Serve as a trusted advisor for customers
Technical work with internal teams to advance customer issue resolution and follow up on issues
Technical work on customer interfaces and data, compared to internal interface and algorithmic data
Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
Support and follow versions and delivery of new versions to customers Ensure the Mobileye core product requirements align with customer needs and requirements
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product, Algorithmic Engineering teams.
Actively help improving development processes across different departments
Support internal product design discussions with technology manager.
Create product demos and presentations for prospective customers.
Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including joined workshops, test drives and functional tuning (including on site support).
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
All you need is:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field - Must
Proven experience in customer-facing positions - Must
Experience in SW development and understanding of SW development life cycle – Advantage
Experience in managing products or programs - Advantage
Knowledge in project lifecycle - Advantage
Willing to travel
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
