- This role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver regulatory/non-regulatory/credit reports to various stakeholders and senior management, promote change management projects, and provide ad-hoc data support to the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Regulatory/Non-regulatory/Credit reports to various stakeholders and the senior management
- Maintain the governance and Risk & Controls requirements from an overall process hygiene
- Provide adhoc data support upon request by business and the stakeholders
- Drive change management projects and new reporting requirements independently
- Ensure all process & other supporting documents [SOP’s, FSLA’s, Service Requests (IAS charters)] are maintained up-to-date and all escalations are done on a timely basis.
- Maintain a high rate of accuracy and ensure SLA’s are met
- Ensure accurate and timely resolutions of all queries
- Demonstrate proactive approach towards identifying problems and solutions. Result oriented towards achieving individual and team goals
- Prioritize and make progress according to the business needs
- Adapt to the new learnings and upskilling
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 8 years financial services experience with exposure / involvement in one or more of the following areas: Private Banking, reporting, intelligent automation, process improvement
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, high quality institution. Good knowledge about Regulatory/Financial/Credit/Risk reporting. Strong Access / Excel skills
- Working knowledge of various IA tool such as Alteryx, Python, UIPath, Tableau, etc. Ability to efficiently plan, prioritize and deliver against deadlines
- Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving challenging goals with strong Data Analytical skills
- Significant knowledge of operational processes, Risk and controls etc. Ability to negotiate and influence different levels of stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate with partners across multiple disciplines, functions and locations
- Logical and structured approach to planning and problem solving and decision-making
- Self-starter who is analytical and creative in their thinking; ability to quickly analyze information and creatively reach solutions and to execute their implementation
- Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving challenging goals. Interact and communicate effectively - written and verbal - with all levels of staff; attention to detail is key
