We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Strategic Partnership and Alliances. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the company's partnerships and alliances strategy.

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing the value of existing partnerships. Leading senior negotiations and partner contracts, building strategic relationships with tech and large enterprises, and experience working with partners to deliver differentiated solutions.

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential partners and new business opportunities
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners that can complement our products, services, and market presence
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners, ensuring a diverse range of opportunities across various industries and markets
  • Drive negotiations and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring win-win terms that align with Cognyte’s strategic priorities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives at partner organizations
  • Continuously engage with partners to ensure alignment of objectives and drive joint initiatives to success
  • Project management (scope, deliverable, timeline, risk, budget)
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align partnership strategies with broader business goals
  • Monitor the performance of strategic partnerships and alliances against established KPIs and objectives

For this mission, you’ll need:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances, preferably in within the intelligence, or security technology sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong sales and business generation & development track record
  • Technology-oriented and knowledgeable
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field is required, an MBA is preferred.
