Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in Technical Program Management.
5 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
5 years of experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Internet-based applications, web servers, data storage, commerce engines, and Linux/Unix operating systems.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA.
5 years of experience with managing hosted services/SaaS.
Ability to analyze and trace product behavior back to the responsible code.
Ability to Interact with customer executives and resolve high-profile escalations and issues, improve the customer experience, and drive initiatives that increase the customer success on product suite.
