Job Description:

  • Lead initiatives to evaluate issues across multipleproduct lines

  • ork with the appropriate functional team(s)to document recommendations and follow up with business units onresolution/implementation.

  • Act as single point of contact for Partner Bank, leading engagement and reporting rhythms related to relevant portfolios.

  • Single point of contact for audit and Second line engagements and data requests, providing requested material and follow up details within agreed SLAs.

  • Create/Manage action plans: gather updates, assign tasks and identify risks and issues during the impaired period. Collaborate with cross functional partners (Operations, Operational Excellence), Technology, Compliance, and other stakeholders as appropriate to remediate impacted customers during impaired period.

  • Provide periodic updates on project status and escalate issues to senior management and assist in issue resolution.

  • Ensure meetings and critical decision points are clearly documented and communicated.

  • Establish strong partnerships with line of business representatives and technology that will enable the team to meet business objectives.

  • Assist in business case/cost benefit analysis to help in the identification, development and prioritization of data, reporting, and technical projects as outputs of issues management.

  • Work collaboratively with business management and other teams to understand business requirements, align stakeholder expectations with internal & external review committee, update stakeholders on resolution progress, and prepare for issue resolution and associated business change.

  • Understand impact to the Control Environment and controls.

  • Work very closely with Controls, understanding controls and being able to maintain Controls.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical skill - must be able to analyze complex data, draw meaningful/accurateconclusions, and make holistic businessrecommendations

  • Strong team player withexcellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to devise and execute on remediation plan,leveraging credit product experience and project/process management experience

  • Ability to approach problems in a quantitative andqualitative manner, and partner with the business to understand their needs, and drive solutions specifically around Issues

  • Proficient inMicrosoft Off

  • Basic knowledge of internal systems & softwarea plus

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for merchants,products,and customer experience preferred.

  • Experience coordinating or leading risk committees, including documentation gathering, minute taking and addressing follow-up actions.

  • Familiarity withFinancial Services / FinTechOperations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
