Description
Work closely with legal, compliance and government affairs teams across Apple, remaining up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements relevant for ASE infrastructure and services Collaborate with engineering and product teams to assess ASE infrastructure and applications against new laws, regulations and policies, and develop implementation plans to meet compliance requirements Create requirements for tooling and automation to support ongoing compliance operationsContribute to strategic planning and the overall growth and scaling of the ASE compliance organization as well as the Dublin site, helping to define long-term vision, roadmaps, goals and expansion
Minimum Qualifications
- Compliance and/or engineering experience
- Strong familiarity with EU laws and regulations, especially those pertaining to the areas of data handling, privacy, security and financial/tax
- Experience translating legal and compliance requirements into engineering requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside of Apple
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem solving, organisational, communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in writing requirements, processes and presentations
