In this role, you will own the resources responsible for configuring and deploying all network infrastructure in new AWS data centers. This leader will drive the strategy to innovate and optimize our new deployments while instilling the highest level of operational excellence in tools and processes. The mission of the team is to deliver network capacity on time with zero rework.

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 7 years or more experience in management/team lead function .
5 or more years’ experience in TCP/IP networking knowledge
5 years of knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment
3 years or more experience in building & managing strong, successful technical teams in a similar culture with ITIL Management
Prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product

 8+ years in a data center technology role or mission critical facilities .
 Experience with building physical data center such as copper/fiber cabling
 Experience in operational metrics development ,technical team representation to senior management & stakeholder management
 Experience in contributing to the definition and implementation of automation opportunities within an deployment/build environment
 Experience with lean methodologies and Six-Sigma or similar qualification Organizational and planning skills Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies installation and design
 Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment
