In this role, you will:
- Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
- Present recommendations for resolving business problems
- Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
- Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
- Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Knowledge for Ariba B&I and SLP modules
- Able to solve tickets and issues on Ariba
- Provide technical support for Ariba applications and services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of middleware components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Develop clear and concise user stories to capture business requirements and functional needs.
- Ensure user stories are properly documented and maintained in the project management system.
- Create and maintain detailed technical and process documentation.
- Document Ariba configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
- Develop and execute test scripts to validate systems functionality.
- Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Ensure all test results are documented and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 to 9 years of experience
- Experience in creating user stories and requirements documentation.
- Familiarity with developing and executing test scripts.
- Able to work in US shifts and solve in application support process which requires quick resolution of tickets and issues.
