Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management.
Experience writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents, and Statements of Work for professional services engagements, or other agreements for technology services.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with USA and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in consulting services partnering with sales teams to draft complex customer agreements for large technology services businesses.
Experience in vendor management.
Experience advising on the legal implications of agreeements terms and conditions.
Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Experience with process improvement and automation.
Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders and to be detailed and process-oriented.
