Management of R@C system dataset - Weekly and monthly routines of review of Global dir, forecast, reporting and review against plan for each of the clusters/LoBs(IB, CCB, CB). Link up new hires to open positions as and when needed.
Quarterly review of R@C resource plan and feed of the same into the financial FRM plan and RPM plan.
Tagging for Enhanced monitoring population centralized for better control and reduction of effort for BE teams across B&I.
DRMR quarterly and annual check
Support QMMF Enhanced monitoring population related deck drafts and coordination with Controls, Data and Transformation team for validation.
Adoption of Non-Employee phases of R@C go live later this year and support the org in those transitions.
Support expense reviews against policy/guidelines that will be setup to alleviate this effort currently played by Cluster/LoB BE teams.
