What will you do?

• Designing tests for new features and bug fixes in the RHEL in-place upgrade tooling

• Automate tests using python unittest based framework

• Execute testing of new version of the RHEL in-place upgrade tooling.

• Identify defects in product or tests based on investigation of test results

• Design improvements in test automation pipelines based on product and company needs

• Serve as a point of contact for other team members and help guide them to effectively resolve issues with testing

What you will bring?

• Experience in Quality Engineering

• Experience with Linux administration and a solid understanding of the Linux operating system

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Ansible

• Intermediate proficiency in Python programming language

• Expertise in using Git for version control

• Proactive, collaborative team player with effective problem-solving skills

• Competence in troubleshooting and debugging complex system issues

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal

Considered a plus

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols

• Cloud Computing experience using at least one of the following Cloud infrastructures AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Previous code contributions to or participation in open source projects or code samples on GitHub.
