Your key responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Strategic Leadership: Leads the Government experience effort to enhance satisfaction and gather insights, spending approximately 80% of time externally focused with Government stakeholders, acting as a proxy for Global Client Relationship Partners, and driving exceptional client experiences and pursuit leadership.
- Account & Revenue Planning: Oversees strategic and tactical account planning to support long-term growth and revenue targets for EY, including pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and participation in budget cycles. Supports must-win opportunities through coordination across Markets and reporting to the Oceania Markets Board.
- Enablement & Investment Management: Defines long-term investment needs for account delivery, supports Client Service Partners in accessing and managing resources, builds strategies, and ensures alignment with EY programs and insight loops through collaboration with the Account Manager and cross-market teams.
