About the Role
- - - - What You'll Do ----
- Partner Communication and Strategy - Negotiate and design collaborative campaigns with external partners in order to achieve our new user growth targets
- Stakeholder and Project Management - Act as a project manager of campaigns, including communication with both internal and external stakeholders, managing tasks and making data driven decisions to optimize results
- Problem Solving - Identify and address challenges early, using data and strategic thinking to navigate obstacles and deliver successful outcomes
- Data-Driven Insights - Leverage data to inform the decisions you make around the strategy and structure of initiatives
- Operational Execution and Improvement - Lead the execution of initiatives, continuously making improvements in terms of both efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
- - - - What You'll Need ----
- Fluency in Japanese and business level English is required
- Experience in project management, with a strong drive to proactively build innovative solutions as well as the ability to lead projects to completion in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, including fostering relationships and negotiating with external stakeholders, and managing internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis (SQL experience preferred) and a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate and build strategies to achieve the growth challenges

- Experience in designing and executing marketing/promotional campaigns and/or new user engagement initiatives is preferred
- Experience in operations is preferred
