As an Inside Solution Architect, you will deliver technical solutions to the Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

During the initial phase of your employment, you will undergo an intensive training program designed to enhance both your technical expertise and soft skills. This comprehensive training will equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge (including necessary certification) to excel in your role, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.

•Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals
•Recommend business solutions, products and services based on the client’s need
•Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
•Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
•Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts• Graduated from University in 2024/2025

• Advanced level of English and German

Desirable Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with proven sales skills to build on

Salary starting from:Average monthly gross earnings from 1 650 EUR.

1155 EUR gross fix pay + 495 EUR gross variable pay

Salary split:70/30

The variable pay is fully paid for the first 3 months. There are another parts of salary package which are not noted here, but will be discussed during the hiring process.
