Bachelor's degree with a focus in HR or similar; and 3-5 years of relevant working experience in: o Analytics and data visualization: Experience creating dashboards for reporting [i.e., Power BI] and complex Excel modeling files in alignment with pay strategies and outcomes o Completing complex analysis and determining actions to respond to that data o Experience in working with Payfactors or any other market pricing software o Experience in working with Radford, Mercer, WTW, etc
