What you'll do

• Assist the team in all aspects of research including planning, execution, and analyzis of qualitatives and quantitative studies, such as interviews, media analysis, and surveys
• Collaborate with other team members to understand the requirements and objectives of the research.
• Apply foresight approach to identify future trends and create scenarios.
• Analyze and interpret data using various research methods and translating findings into actionable recommendations for the other teams.
• Support by preparing and presenting research reports to internal teams and key stakeholders.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Corporate Foresight, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Computer skills: MS office, video/audio editing skills are a plus, as is experience in online collaboration tools like Mural, Miro, etc.
• Language skills: Strong communication and language skills, both written and verbal in English and German.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to summarize and interpret research findings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcome challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of research methods and their application in user experience research is welcome.
