Leading projects tie out between Engineering, SBU's and Finance, while driving VECE COE Engineering metrics (Census (SIOP), Bill eff/ Timesheet compl, project budgets, etc.).

Ability to develop and communicate corrective actions from analysis of performance metrics and manipulate/communicate data for non-standard reporting, with developing nonstandard metrics to ensure success.

Leading process improvements and tool implementation and develops specific related trainings.

Working with customers to prioritize tasks and reports task status and conformance to plans.

Interacting at all levels of the organizations to lead and support projects and proposals.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or other business-related field or equivalent experience in minimum

2+ years of experience in Data analysis, with proven experience with Excel and SAP.

Fluency in English.

Experience on cross functional / multinational environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Self-motivated, consistently taking the initiative to get things done

Capability to update or modify working methods in your role by following defined procedures

Troubleshooting skills

Analytical mindset with capability to drive decision making upon available date
