1. Business Accountability:
- Accountable to drive the Business Unit financial and business targets, including booking, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and market leadership, ensuring that all functions (Product Management, Product experts and Product Marketing) are aligned with the company’s and unit’s business objectives.
2. Leadership & Strategy:
- Participate in the Product House Executive team and take an active role in the leadership of the Product House.
- Lead & mentor high-performing teams within Product Management, Product experts and Product Marketing, to drive the vision, strategy, and performance of the business group.
- Setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative & high-impact culture to drive business-oriented decision-making and individual growth.
- Define and execute a strategic vision for the product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with company and unit goals and market needs.
- Represent the business group in senior leadership discussions to ensure product and sales strategies are closely aligned with corporate objectives.
3. Product Strategy & Development:
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance business growth, market positioning, and customer value.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and are positioned for success in the market.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product goals with business objectives, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with R&D leadership to ensure seamless product development and alignment with strategic business goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies, using market intelligence to drive product innovation and maintain market leadership
4. Product experts’ leadership & sales Enablement:
- Lead the Product experts’ function to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, including product PoCs, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize sales opportunities that fit the unit product offerings and ensure successful deal closure.
- Engage with key strategic customers to build relationships and ensure the company’s solutions meet customer requirements.
- 5. Product Marketing & Market Engagement:
- Oversee the product marketing function to define effective messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure that marketing efforts align with sales and presales teams, to maximize lead generation, product adoption and to ensure products are positioned effectively in the market.
6. Business Performance & Metrics:
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of the business unit, ensuring continuous optimization of product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and enhance the company’s market competitiveness and revenue generation.
