Minimum Qualifications
- Deep technical experience in the payments industry supported by a history of success in delivering, operating and maintaining payment systems at national and global scale
- Demonstrated success managing successful teams, including supporting and growing team members in significant high-visibility roles
- Experience leading cloud-native engineering efforts
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across a global organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing payment wallets and services, particularly digital payment tokenization
- Experience building strong relationships with external partners
- Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient
- Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with local payment schemes, regulations and key stakeholders in the Indian market (e.g. RBI, NPCI, RuPay, UPI etc.)
