CNS - Risk - Risk Management :

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint Online, Project Online, Power Platform
Perform advanced (L2/L3) administrative tasks for SharePoint Online and Project Online, ensuring system stability and performance.
Administer and support Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, aligning configurations with organizational needs.
Configure and manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including setup, policy enforcement, and service integrations.
Take full ownership of assigned administrative tasks, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Configure and manage SharePoint web parts, lists, views, and site components to meet user and business requirements.
Apply expertise in SharePoint permissions and access control, including site-level and tenant-level permissions, as well as external user access management.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for SharePoint end-user issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
Handle escalations by raising and managing service requests with Microsoft Support, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
Understand and manage various authentication methods in M365 environments, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially in areas related to M365 and SharePoint integration.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

B.tech/ Equivalent degree

4 to 6 years of experience.
