Responsibilities
- Conduct, collect and analyze players’ behavior through different qualitative research methodologies, such as: playtests, in-depth interviews, focus groups, diaries, etc.
- Understand players’ pain points and needs by user research, then turn it into actionable insights and offer the right UX solutions.
- Present the findings in English to the internal client + all levels of management and deliver a structured report.
- Work with a wide range of internal clients.
- Create new research methodologies.
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience in creating, performing and analyzing qualitative studies in the industry (not only academic experience).
- Academic background (at least BA or equivalent).
- Ability to create independent research-Must!
- Very high English level-Must!
- Experience with Excel and Power Point.
Desired
- Advantage: experience in Gaming companies.
- Advantage: background in UX design, user centered designed process.
