Conduct, collect and analyze players’ behavior through different qualitative research methodologies, such as: playtests, in-depth interviews, focus groups, diaries, etc.
Understand players’ pain points and needs by user research, then turn it into actionable insights and offer the right UX solutions.
Present the findings in English to the internal client + all levels of management and deliver a structured report.
Work with a wide range of internal clients.
Create new research methodologies.
What we expect
3+ years of experience in creating, performing and analyzing qualitative studies in the industry (not only academic experience).
Academic background (at least BA or equivalent).
Ability to create independent research-Must!
Very high English level-Must!
Experience with Excel and Power Point.
Desired
Advantage: experience in Gaming companies.
Advantage: background in UX design, user centered designed process.
