Job Details
The role will be based from our EMEA sales hub in Dublin and will report to the Senior Director, Rotation Sales Development & Solution Engineering Graduates.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach and mentor a team of 8-12 graduates who are embarking on a career in Sales or Solution Engineering
- Monitor daily activity metrics and performance KPIs
- Conduct regular 1:1s and coaching sessions to develop their Sales and Solution Engineering skills
- Work with Subject Matter Experts from across Enablement, Sales, Sales Development and Solution Engineering to deliver and evolve our early in career curriculum
- Implement and refine our productivity tools and processes, ensuring we are optimizing AI and Agents
- Work closely with our Recruitment Team to recruit the Top Sales and Solution Engineering Talent from across EMEA
- Lead our Innovation, Culture, Operational Excellence and Alignment Pillar Projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales or Solution Engineering Role
- A passion for coaching and helping others succeed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and energize others
- Prior team lead, mentoring, or unofficial leadership experience is a plus
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
- Growth mindset with an eagerness to learn and improve
- Fluent English withFrench, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Swedish language fluency
