Job Description:
Your way to impact
- Overall ownership of decisions, strategy and policy needed to manage and enhance the internal workflows. Decisions include but not limited to: developing guiding principles on Disputes flow, designing business process architecture and capabilities, long term plans and strategy for the workflows, identifying and delivering opportunities to improve cost, losses and customer experience.
- Workflow management responsibilities include monitoring the process for long term trends/shifts and process/product breakdowns and bugs.
- Provide Strategy consulting to Cross functional partners impacting Loss, Experience & Opex
Your day-to-day
- Own a distinct domain and will be responsible for end outcomes
- Be a subject expert and point of contact for Protections policies, and Resolutions process
- Guide analysts to conduct analysis, find opportunities and measure project outcomes
- Build business cases, sell your ideas internally and obtain leadership approval
- Work with partner teams such as Modelling, Product and Engineering, Operations,
- In addition, be hands on with Data and Analytics, BI Tools
