Key Qualifications
- 6+ years of Professional Experience as a Software Engineer or Software Quality Engineer.
- 2+ years of Management Experience.
- Proven success building and leading an inclusive team-based culture that strives towards best practices, measurable outcomes, and operational excellence.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for extensive interactions with engineering, management, and other teams within Apple.
- Accountable for scoping and development of comprehensive feature test plans.
- Representing the team in technical and project meetings while evangelizing our values.
- Partnering with engineering managers to ensure features are designed for testability.
- Superb analytical and problem solving skills, and a successful history delivering on objectives.
- Experience with Data Analysis and Visualization Tools such as Tableau.
- Proficiency with iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS or similar operating systems.
Education & Experience
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience, with 6+ years of experience in relevant fields of engineering development, quality assurance or project management, and minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Manager.
