This position reports to the Strategy & Growth Leader, Western Europe and Francophone Africa, and has a dotted reporting line to the General Managers Germany and ACH.
Essential Responsibilitiesn thisroleyouwill:
- Create an integrated marketing plan across GE HealthCare’s business segments for the Commercial territories Germany and Switzerland/Austria (incorporating KPIs like generated leads, market impact and awareness)
- Identify and evaluate market, clinical, customer and competitive trends, within DACH that will influence the commercial strategy for GE HealthCare
- Lead the definition of the DACH strategy for business growth, go to market enhancement, business model innovation and new solution development
- Establish and drive growth & marketing programs across DACH to activate and operationalize the strategy, in partnership with commercial teams; drive high quality marketing activities (omnichannel, digital, events) with the goal to grow funnel through qualified leads
- Collaborate with segments on identifying portfolio priorities for DACH by continually evaluating customer needs
- Own KOL and thought leadership objectives and programs forDACH
- Partner with regional modalities, zones, institutional leadership & commercial teams to support execution of key initiatives
- Lead and develop the events and marcom team to a high performing team with the objective of making them an integral part of the customer activation channel continuum
Qualifications / Requirements- Based on a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, you have gained significant experience in field marketing or product marketing and Omnichannel Marketing planning & activation
- You have a proven experience in the DACH Healthcare market
- You have gained prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports with demonstrated team orientation & ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams in matrixed settings
- You bring proven leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and a marketing strategy
- You are able to analyze & assess macro trends and broader implications to healthcare and translate into strategic recommendations
- You have the demonstrated ability to plan, lead, market, and execute programs
- You bring a proven operational mindset and ability to translate strategy into action, with strong sense of urgency to drive outcomes with speed and efficiency
- Your oral and written communications skills in English and German are excellent
