What You'll Do
- Design customer tenant environments and create an implementation plan for deployment.
- Review each customer configuration and make sure any concerns have automation test defined and run against the solution.
- Craft solutions and work with junior engineers, so they can implement your designs with full confidence and understanding.
- Partnering with the engineering team helping to empower your fellow engineers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business or related years of experience
- 5+ years of experience building communication-based software
Preferred Qualifications:
- High level of understanding in Unified Communication and overall collaborations that occur in companies
- Experience with modern Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems/distributions.
- Expert understanding of contact center technologies, including IVR, ACD, call routing, and telephony systems
