Your role:
Content Strategy and Planning
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B content marketing strategy, aligning with global business goals.
Develop an 18-24 month content calendar and engagement plan, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery across multiple channels.
Program Expansion and Playbook Development
Drive the expansion of the Philps “Path to Health” patient compliance program, enhancing patient adherence to care routines.
Deliver best practice playbooks for Marketing-CRM integration and the content program to ensure consistency and scalability.
Performance and KPI Management
Build and manage a KPI dashboard to track the effectiveness of content marketing and performance marketing programs, using data to optimize strategies.
Collaboration and Regional Alignment
Establish strong connections with regional marketing teams to drive program alignment and execution, ensuring accountability for performance metrics.
Agency Management
Oversee the Creative Agency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
You're the right fit if:
5-7 years of experience in B2B/Healthcare performance marketing, with Dental or Pharma experience preferred.
Advanced degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent B2B experience; MBA preferred.
Proven track record as a driven, entrepreneurial leader, capable of delivering market impact through innovative content and performance marketing strategies.
Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
