• 優れた交渉能力とコミュニケーションスキル
• 複数のステークホルダーとの関係構築能力
• プロジェクト管理能力と戦略的思考力
• IT業界の市場動向への理解
• IT業界での10年以上の勤務経験
• Cisco, HPE Aruba, Arista, Nokia, Extremeなどのネットワーキング製品およびソリューションの販売経験
• 英語での読み書きに長けていることが望ましく、リスニングに関しては理解できることが望ましく、スピーキングに関してはできれば長けていることが望ましい。（ PLM や APAC へのビジネスケースの説明、課題に関する対応の交渉などの経験があれば尚良い）
