Assist Citi clients in opening new accounts, managing current accounts and resolving complex customer service issues
Provide a range of coverage for branch by assisting with processing transactions at teller window or on mobile platform
Educate clients on products and services, and identify banking solutions that may cater to their financial goals
Build rapport to engage prospects in a banking relationship and enhance existing customer relationships
Manage supervisory responsibilities in managers absence, as needed

Qualifications:
1 year relevant experience
Experience working in branch services
Working knowledge of Office Package Management and WEB tools
Financial product sales experience
Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
