General Summary:

• Experience in leading embedded SW development teams with a proven track record of shipping high volume HW products

• Experience in WiFi and / or Networking technology is a BIG plus

• Exposure to diverse embedded platform SW areas spread across OS, BIOS, Kernel, Drivers, Firmware, etc.

• Familiarity in software testing, build and release, DevOps is a plus

• Knowledge in software development lifecycle and software project planning for silicon products is a plus

• High tolerance to ambiguity and ability to make progress in the face of it

• Proven ability to incubate, grow and lead software organizations, develop engineering talent and successfully collaborate with executive teams

• Exceptional Leadership, communication skills and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 4+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

• BS / MS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent and 13+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven Track record of leading and growing geographically distributed large teams
