Assess customer site for installation requirements, design engineering & commissioning.
Support Project performance to achieve, on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention. Suggest cost effective solutions to improve project GM.
Support as necessary for trouble free Project engineering, commissioning, integrations, etc.
Assist during TRR, eCAP, Proposal reviews, FAT, SAT and remote system staging.
Assist PM to complete the pre-commissioning checks, commissioning, integrations of FAS, ACS, CCTV, BMS, etc.
Define scope of the project for engineering & commissioning activities. Plan/ schedule commissioning, integration, ATP testing activities.
Define scope of the project, supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning, integration, ATP testing procedures for on-time project completion & HO.
Assist the Project Manager in contacts with client representatives for the handover of the sub-systems FAS, ACS, CCTV, BMS, etc.
Ensures the preparation of final reports and certificates.
Coordinate with Vendor/ Supplier representatives on design, commissioning, integration & HO requirements.
Systems Known: FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, PAS, BMS, SmartParking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMSsystems.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.
7-12 years of work experience in a project’s environment, with extensive on-site knowledge on commissioning, integration activities.
Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, PAS, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems, BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC and other protocols as required.
Advanced Network / PC certification.
Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.
Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions.
Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects.
Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment.
