Key Responsibilities

• Supports the Local Management in monitoring key issues and opportunities, and maintains Franchise governance forums to ensure the forums are effective in supporting the Firm-wide priorities and Local regulatory requirements
• Leads and executes projects required by local regulatory requirements (owned by the Local management) and business development related projects
• Owns the preparation and production of management updates for China’s business development
• Work closely with various onshore and offshore business managers to support the China franchise work
• Work closely with Business Management leads to provide location specific guidance and support for business-led initiatives
• Ongoing Identification areas of improvement on China business and governance landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in a finance / business management related field or similar in leading financial institutions
• Possess good understanding of China Financial Markets and regulations
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to tailor a message to various levels of management
• Strong aptitude to work with a wide range of line of businesses and functions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated individual with excellent time management & organizational skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (including PitchPro)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, flexible and capable of engaging various functions, locations, and businesses
