Key job responsibilitiesAs a Support Engineer within the Global MAP OE team you will:- deploy software solutions to our production facilities, remotely or on-site- manage trouble tickets to resolution or escalation using existing documentation, procedures, and tools
- maintain products and systems and perform change management activities using existing documentation or with support from peers
- identify improvements to existing support processes and contribute to support documentation updates and creation
- 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience with AWS, networks and operating systems
