The Site Logistics Coordinator willbe responsible forall aspects of thesupply chain,management, development, and optimization of sitesolutions to meet the project's needs.  Working collaboratively with our construction, procurement, and engineering teams, you will ensure that our day-to-day movement of people, equipment, and materials adheres to our highest standards of performance and safety.

In your role you will report directly to theSite Project Directorand work across all projects on the site to ensure consistency in the planning and execution of site logistic activities.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Good years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities
  • Experience working for a General Contractor or trade.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Detailed understanding of Logistics planning, and industry system used for site management.
  • Experience in directing and/or supporting the commissioning effort.
  • Ability to independently manage deadlines.
  • Ability to influence cross-discipline teams.
  • Construction Health & Safety Knowledge
  • Experience managing multiple large multi-faceted projects.

These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

  • Plan site set-up to move labor and materials around site efficiently (egcranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy).
  • Planlogisticsroutes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery, and people. Lay down areas andoffloading

Mobilization:

  • Responsible for all traffic management and road network cleanliness
  • Create a schedule oflogisticsmeetings and ensurelogisticsis represented at site meetings.

Supply Chain / Delivery Management:

  • Produce daily,weekly,and long-term movementsplans.
  • Understand procurement arrangements.
  • Control materials in and out ofsite.
  • Plan and integrate with key contractors to meet the needs of the planned program and de-confliction of onsite space and time whereappropriate.
  • Responsible for ensuringlogisticsactivities are not a constraining factor on the program, wheredeemedunavoidable, ensuring the issues are communicated so that de-confliction can occur.
  • Create appropriatelogisticsawareness training and deliver to site workforce via presentation/TBTs asrequired.
  • Responsible for ensuring that material movement to and from the workface does not cause damage to thework, theworkforceor the public.

Site Communication:

  • Create a system to communicate information around the site. For example,noticeboards, email distribution lists,monitordisplays, web pages.
  • Define and organize all site signage to the agreed corporate standard.
  • Ensure that signage and signage symbols used are internationally recognized.
  • Ensureadditionallanguages are used in signage to ensure messages are understood.
