• Involved in new product scale up, process validation and commercialization by following TAPI Technology Transfer Policy and meeting regulatory requirements.

• Study of process of new molecules, Generation of kinetics & collection of data’s based on lab scale batches & R&D/Technology transfer dept.’s Outputs etc.

• Improvement in the yield, efficiency and cost effectiveness of developed API's by introducing new technologies and development of process.

• Observe the R&D experiment and give suggestion to modify the process keeping plant issues.

• Preparation of development report & technology transfer documents after pilot plant trails.

• Adoption of new technology in scale up to make process more user and environment friendly.

• Coordinating with Production, QA, QC, Utility & Maintenance, Raw Material Stores and R&D.

• Process optimization & De-bottlenecking, solvent loss optimization Energy saving & cost Reduction activities.

• Scaling up & designing of Process Equipment like Heat exchangers, Condensers Distillation Columns, Absorbers etc.

• Preparation of process Flow Diagram, P&ID, Equipment Layout & Specification sheets of Various Equipment’s.

• Support commissioning of new equipment & Qualification documents of new equipment (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ).
