• Schedule and Communication Management: Manage executives' calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle internal and external communications, including calls, emails, and documents.
• Travel and Expense Management: Arrange travel and accommodations, track daily expenses, and prepare regular reports.
• Administrative Support: Oversee the work of clerical staff, maintain office supply inventory, and organize and maintain the filing system.
• Data Collection and Organization, collect data from various sources and integrate it for executive analysis
• Data Analysis and Interpretation, conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of data to reveal trends, correlations, and patterns.
• Report Writing and Presentation, write clear and accurate analysis reports, explaining to business leaders and team members
• Business Support and Collaboration, collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, segment and finance, sharing data analysis results, driving cooperative projects, and jointly creating value for the company.

Quality Specific Goals:

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
