Lead and manage a team of ECS implementors and integration developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into effective configurations and workflows.
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the various systems and integrations, including user access management, data integrity, and systems upgrades.
Provide training and support to end-users, best practices, and usage guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes at Mobileye, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated on the latest developments and capabilities of all related tools and recommend enhancements or new features to meet evolving business needs.
All you need is:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/information systems or related field.
Proven experience in leading teams in the implementation and administration of information systems and systems integrations.
Familiarity with software development, design, coding, testing, and release management.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ECS tools, including creating templates, workflows, and reports to support business needs.
Familiarity with IS integration tools such as Iconduct or Talent - advantage.
Experience with SQL or any of the following PL: JAVA, JS, Python - advantage.
Familiarity with ECS (Enterprise collaboration system) tools - advantage.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving process improvements and achieving organizational goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
