What will your job look like:
- Lead and manage a team of ECS implementors and integration developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into effective configurations and workflows.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the various systems and integrations, including user access management, data integrity, and systems upgrades.
- Provide training and support to end-users, best practices, and usage guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes at Mobileye, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and capabilities of all related tools and recommend enhancements or new features to meet evolving business needs.
All you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/information systems or related field.
- Proven experience in leading teams in the implementation and administration of information systems and systems integrations.
- Familiarity with software development, design, coding, testing, and release management.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ECS tools, including creating templates, workflows, and reports to support business needs.
- Familiarity with IS integration tools such as Iconduct or Talent - advantage.
- Experience with SQL or any of the following PL: JAVA, JS, Python - advantage.
- Familiarity with ECS (Enterprise collaboration system) tools - advantage.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving process improvements and achieving organizational goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
