What You’ll Be Doing:

• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and machine improvements

• Provide technical support for processes, products, and equipment

• Ensure smooth hand-offs between shifts for consistent communication

• Participate in team meetings to resolve operational and safety issues

• Assist in training and development of new team members

• Engage in 5S activities for workplace organization and safety

• Work in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Ontario Trade Certificate as an Industrial Electrician

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility

• Strong troubleshooting knowledge of PLCs, speed controls, CNC controls, and automation equipment

• Reliable, mature individual with strong teamwork skills
