What You’ll Be Doing:
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and machine improvements
Provide technical support for processes, products, and equipment
Ensure smooth hand-offs between shifts for consistent communication
Participate in team meetings to resolve operational and safety issues
Assist in training and development of new team members
Engage in 5S activities for workplace organization and safety
Work in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Ontario Trade Certificate as an Industrial Electrician
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of PLCs, speed controls, CNC controls, and automation equipment
Reliable, mature individual with strong teamwork skills
