What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Bring
- Support the SupplierIndustrialization team and cross-functional teams to track adherence to theTesla SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) metrics and due dates, escalateinternally and with the supplier.
- Develop strongstakeholder support and cooperation to achieve success and personally reportout to management as required on project status and key issue resolution.
- Support TeslaMRB and Warranty Analysis teams with problem solving, tracking of open issues,and timely disposition of all defective materials.
- Track supplierrequested change control to ensure timely disposition by internal stakeholders, response to suppliers, and clearly defined TQP requirements forimplementation and approvals.
- Participate asrequested in other project / program activities to support Tesla’s growth andquality strategy.
- Relevantexperience in managing multiple tasks with cross-functional teams.
- Relevantexperience in a product development environment - hi-tech, consumer goods orautomotive preferred.
- Excellentanalytical and communication skills. Must be able not only to quantify information and analyze it, but mustalso be able to clearly summarize status and key issues as well as recommendnext steps and escalate as required to solve problems.
- Open-mindedself-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve in afast-paced environment. Ability to workindependently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders.
- Advanced Excelskills required. Project software experience a plus.
